"隔音不是很好 唯一優點是有家庭房 連住三晚。第一天沒有廁紙，是自己找到補充包裡拿出來的 第二三天只有補茶包沒有小餅乾、建議可以提供給客人在地的小零嘴.而不是全聯賣的小餅乾。沒有凸顯當地特色 大廳8-10有供小餐點、第一晚8：30到、還有一點魚丸湯。跟服務人員反應沒有湯碗。竟然回沒有就沒有了。整個傻眼🙄只有咖啡機裡的飲品免費。其他要錢~ 最後是外出去超商買吃的 對第一次第一天到金門旅客來 說,不太友善 竟然要提供給房客吃。應該大方點。種類多點。讓人印象深刻，才留得住回頭客。"

"老闆親切，協助未帶充電延長線。熱水器ㄧ開10秒就有熱水，非常佛心。因靠大馬路旁，第一晚會較吵，第二晚已慢慢習慣。屋外有大廣場，停機車汽車都很方便。"

"The hotel was extremely convenienty located, right in front of the ferry terminal. And the hotel has a good souvenir shop on the ground floor. The staff don't speak English, but communicate with you using Google translate, and were very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend to all travellers."

"飯店整體環境衛生有待加強。我們入住的房間煙味非常非常重，免強睡了一晚以後，第二天我們要求換房。飯店方表示需要付額外費用才能換房間，我們也付了。這次換到的房間冷氣不冷，櫃檯拿來了電扇希望能幫助降溫，但效果非常有限。我們最後臨時決定提早check out，因為房間環境真的很不理想。"
